Serveka processes meeting audio and video solely to provide transcription, recording, and bot services. Audio is streamed to our transcription provider (Deepgram) in real time. Video recordings are stored temporarily for retrieval via API.
Recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days by default. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention policies. You may delete your data at any time via the API.
You control your data. You can delete recordings, transcripts, and associated metadata through the Serveka API or dashboard. For data deletion requests, contact privacy@serveka.com.
